Tyla has been spoiling her fans with album listening parties, live performances, interviews, an
album, music videos and a world tour!
Tyla officially released her highly anticipated sophomore album A POP July 24th alongside the
announcement of an upcoming world tour.
The tour starts October 12 in Paris, France and ends
January 09 in her hometown Johannesburg, South Africa.
A POP is a Afro-pop album with 14 songs and features from Zara Larson, MaWhoo, Babalwa M
and Liquideep.
The album showcases her signature blend of African roots and pop influences.
Leading up to the release, Tyla hosted exclusive listening parties in Atlanta, New York, and
London.
At the listening party, fans got a first listen to songs off the album with Tyla.
There were also activities for fans to do at the listening party like sign Tyla dollars, get your body glow in the dark painted, take pictures, and buy specialty drinks titled the name of her songs.
This is her first top 5 album.
Continuing the album rollout, Tyla released the official music video to That Girl off the A POP
album July 29th.
The visually creative and unique video has been receiving a wide range of mixed responses from the audience about its artistic direction.
With a successful album debut, immersive fan experiences, and a global tour on the horizon,
Tyla’s A POP era is off to an exciting start.
