In a world that often rewards burnout, emotional suppression, and constant performance, Chinyere “Chinya Ani” Aniagoh is creating space for something radically different: intentional healing, self-awareness, softness, and authentic human connection.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Chinya has become a multifaceted force across multiple industries as an author, actress, speaker, coach, wellness advocate, and radio host.
Yet beyond the titles and accomplishments lies a woman deeply committed to helping people reconnect with themselves emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and creatively.
Through her growing platform, Elevate Your Chi, Chinya is challenging outdated ideas about strength and success while introducing audiences to a more grounded, emotionally intelligent approach to life.
Whether she’s hosting conversations on The Vibe Exchangeon 100.9 The Blaze, creating sensory wellness experiences through her EYC fragrance line, or guiding others through personal development and nervous system regulation, her message remains clear: healing is not weakness, and softness can coexist with power.
For Chinya, her journey did not begin in one singular lane. Instead, it evolved naturally through curiosity, creativity, and a deep fascination with people, storytelling, and communication. From an early age, she understood that she was never meant to limit herself to one identity.
Her passion for media, psychology, performance, and meaningful conversation eventually merged into a career path that reflects every layer of who she is.
“My journey began with curiosity, creativity, and a deep desire to understand people and the world around me,” she explains. “I’ve always been drawn to storytelling, human connection, performance, psychology, and communication.”
What truly shaped her perspective, however, were the life experiences that challenged and transformed her along the way. Traveling, working in diverse industries, and connecting with different cultures expanded her worldview, but one particularly painful experience shifted the trajectory of her work forever.
Witnessing someone close to her endure intimate partner violence deeply impacted her understanding of trauma, healing, and advocacy.
Supporting her sister through that difficult experience strengthened her passion for mental health awareness and inspired her to help women reconnect with their self-worth and inner strength.
That pivotal moment ultimately led her deeper into coaching, healing work, and the pursuit of her master’s degree in psychology at Liverpool John Moores University.
Rather than separating her intellectual side from her creative side, Chinya has learned to embrace them equally. She believes true fulfillment comes from allowing yourself to evolve without shrinking any part of your identity.
“I’ve learned to embrace all the layers of who I am,” she says. “I think that’s what truly made me multifaceted.”

Education has also played a major role in shaping Chinya’s approach to healing and personal development.
Her background in business administration gave her insight into leadership, communication, branding, and behavioral patterns in professional spaces, while her psychology studies deepened her understanding of trauma, emotional regulation, cognition, and human behavior.
Together, those experiences helped her build an approach that balances evidence-based understanding with lived experience. Unlike surface-level motivational culture, Chinya believes real healing requires emotional honesty, accountability, self-awareness, and the willingness to confront uncomfortable truths.
“Healing is not one-dimensional,” she explains. “It’s emotional, psychological, environmental, spiritual, and behavioral all at once.”
This philosophy became the foundation for Elevate Your Chi, a wellness brand centered on nervous system regulation, embodiment, femininity, and what she describes as “soft power.”
To Chinya, soft power is not about weakness or passivity. Instead, it represents emotional intelligence, self-awareness, intentional living, and the ability to remain grounded without operating from chaos or survival mode.
It’s the understanding that true confidence does not always need to be loud or performative.
“Soft power is the ability to move through life with self-awareness, emotional intelligence, confidence, and grounded energy rather than force, chaos, or constant survival mode,” she says.
In today’s fast-paced culture, where overworking and emotional numbness are often glorified, Chinya believes many people—especially women—have become disconnected from their bodies, emotions, and inner peace.
Through Elevate Your Chi, she encourages people to slow down, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with themselves intentionally.
Her approach to healing begins with simple but powerful practices: mindfulness, journaling, breathwork, spending time in nature, limiting overstimulation, and creating moments of stillness throughout the day.
She emphasizes that healing doesn’t always begin with dramatic breakthroughs; sometimes it begins with learning how to feel safe in your own body again.
“Healing doesn’t mean becoming emotionally unaffected,” she explains.
“It means becoming more aware, more grounded, and more capable of navigating life without abandoning yourself in the process.”

One of the most unique extensions of the Elevate Your Chi brand is the EYC fragrance line, which blends luxury, sensory wellness, and emotional experience into one intentional ritual.
For Chinya, fragrance is more than a beauty product—it’s a tool connected to memory, mood, emotion, and nervous system regulation.
She believes small rituals can become transformative acts of self-care. Lighting a candle, applying fragrance oil, or surrounding yourself with calming sensory experiences can communicate safety and presence to the body in ways many people overlook.
“I wanted fragrance to feel like more than just something you wear,” she says. “I wanted it to feel like a ritual and an experience.”
The deeper message behind the brand is clear: healing can exist within everyday moments. Confidence, softness, peace, and embodiment are not abstract ideas; they can be woven into how we move through our daily lives.
Alongside her work in wellness and advocacy, Chinya has also embraced storytelling through writing and acting. As an author, she uses words as a vehicle for reflection, healing, and emotional connection.
Her writing explores themes of identity, heartbreak, femininity, growth, self-worth, and transformation—particularly the difficult “in-between” seasons where people are shedding old versions of themselves.
“I think people connect most deeply when they feel seen,” she says. “I try to write from that place.”
Her work consistently reminds readers that healing is not about perfection, but about awareness, honesty, and choosing yourself repeatedly even when it’s difficult. She hopes her words inspire people to outgrow environments that no longer serve them and embrace evolution unapologetically.
That same emotional depth carries into her acting career as well. For Chinya, performance and coaching are not separate worlds; both revolve around human connection, storytelling, and emotional truth.
Acting allows her to step into different perspectives and explore the complexity of human experiences, while coaching and speaking allow her to guide others through transformation in real time.
“At the core of each space is the ability to make people feel seen, understood, inspired, or emotionally moved,” she explains.
Her presence on The Vibe Exchange further reflects this mission. As the host of the radio show on 100.9 The Blaze, Chinya merges music, culture, psychology, and meaningful conversation into a platform that goes beyond entertainment.

One of her most impactful moments on air came during a discussion centered on mental health and self-worth, where listeners deeply connected with her honesty about therapy, healing, and breaking generational cycles.
“The response reminded me that people don’t just want to be entertained,” she says. “They want to feel understood and represented.”
Authenticity remains at the center of everything she creates. Rather than presenting herself as someone who has life perfectly figured out, Chinya leads with honesty, curiosity, and emotional transparency.
That grounded approach is also what helps her remain aligned in an industry and culture that constantly pressures people to hustle harder and do more.
For Chinya, staying grounded requires intentionality. Rest, mindfulness, solitude, music, prayer, reflection, and stepping away from overstimulation have become necessary practices rather than luxuries. She’s learned that success means very little if it comes at the expense of emotional and mental well-being.
“You can be successful externally and still feel disconnected internally,” she says. “Alignment is just as important as ambition.”
Looking ahead, Chinya’s vision continues to expand. She plans to grow Elevate Your Chi into a full wellness and lifestyle ecosystem that includes coaching programs, digital resources, sensory wellness products, retreats, and transformative healing experiences.
She also hopes to continue bridging the worlds of psychology, media, storytelling, and advocacy through television, speaking engagements, and future creative projects.
At the heart of it all is her desire to create impact that feels authentic and lasting.
“I never want to create simply for visibility,” she says.
“I want everything I build to genuinely move people, challenge perspectives, and inspire transformation.”
In many ways, Chinya Aniagoh represents a new era of modern womanhood—one where intelligence and creativity coexist, where softness and strength are equally valued, and where healing becomes an act of empowerment rather than shame.
Through every platform she touches, she continues reminding people that peace, self-awareness, and emotional depth are not weaknesses to hide from, but powerful tools for transformation.
