“Auntie It’s Fridee isn’t released as of yet,” he explains. “I had some paperwork issues, however we are on the way to releasing the EP.”

Rather than viewing the delay as defeat, he’s treating it as another reminder that timing matters. For Flex, building something meaningful has always been more important than rushing the process.

One person who played a pivotal role in helping him embrace music was fellow artist CasinoDiamond. What began as an unexpected encounter quickly evolved into a creative partnership—and eventually a friendship.

“She heard me singing to myself,” Flex recalls with a smile. “I didn’t think I was that loud. Because she’s a Leo and a stud she’s very demanding and aggressive,” he jokes. “She made me sing and said we were going to be friends.”

That encouragement became the spark that launched a new chapter.

“She actually pushed me to start my music career.”

Together, the pair released their single “Elevation,” now available on streaming platforms, marking an important milestone in Flex’s artistic evolution.

His approach to music reflects the meaning behind his name itself.

“My name is Flex because I have the ability to demonstrate strength,” he explains.

That strength isn’t about physical power or ego—it’s about perseverance.

“My goal is that listeners gain motivation and courage to keep going as I speak empowering messages.”

“YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU WANT. YOU CAN DO ALL THINGS!!! NEVER GIVE UP. BE STRONG.”

He pauses before sharing the words that have stayed with him throughout his life—wisdom passed down from his pastor that continues to guide every season of his journey.

“My pastor always told me, ‘STAND.’”
